*IMPORTANT* This service includes unit reconstruction (new closure must be purchased from us or provided), track tightening, shampoo, condition, and your desired style.

If you are sending old bundles please make sure they are:

• Free of thread
• No glue
• Arranged in length order from longest to shortest

*Please provide a NEW closure or frontal. Failure to do so will cause a delay in the construction of your unit.*

If the unit is a Symphony Tresses Unit you are entitled to 1 free maintenance service per unit. Choose "Complimentary Maintenance" and please be sure to write your custom code in the notes section, if not you will be refunded. *The $15 fee is for shipping.*
